  • Parent coaching is a supportive, collaborative process designed to help you navigate challenges, strengthen your connection with your child, and build confidence in your parenting. Together, we explore what’s working, what’s stressful, and which strategies align with your family’s unique needs and values.

  • Coaching is a great fit if you’re looking for guidance, clarity, or practical strategies to create more ease at home. Many parents come because they feel overwhelmed, unsure, stuck, or simply want support from someone who understands child development.
    If you or your family are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, coaching is not a replacement for therapy or emergency services.

  • Each session is a calm, judgment-free space where we talk about your current challenges, your goals, and what’s most important to you as a parent. We explore supportive approaches, build personalized strategies, and create small, meaningful steps you can begin using right away.

  • Real change takes time. Three sessions allow us to build momentum, practice new tools, adjust as needed, and create lasting shifts in your home. While one-time sessions can be helpful for quick guidance, three sessions provide a stronger foundation for sustainable growth.

  • Yes. A single session is available if you’d like support with something specific or you simply want to try coaching before committing. Many parents start with one session and then choose to continue when they see the value

  • Sessions take place online (e.g., Zoom), so you can join from the comfort of your home — no childcare or travel needed. In-person sessions may be available depending on location and demand.

  • Session fees are $110 per session ($115 for the initial session). Package options may be available for parents who prefer ongoing support. If you’re unsure which option fits best, we can discuss it together.

  • Coaching is designed for parents and caregivers. Sessions typically include one or both parents. Children do not attend unless we’ve discussed and agreed on a specific reason for their involvement.

  • Coaching focuses on practical tools, skill-building, and day-to-day parenting strategies. Therapy addresses mental health concerns, emotional healing, trauma, and deep psychological patterns. Coaching and therapy can complement each other, but coaching is not a clinical service.

  • Anna-Marie is a certified parent coach with a Master’s degree in Education. She has professional experience in early childhood development, child behaviour, and family support. her approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies, empathy, and a deep respect for each family’s lived experience.
