Coaching Services and Packages

  • $115

The initial session is booked separately from coaching packages or individual sessions. During this first meeting, we take time to get to know your family, talk about your needs, and explore the areas where you’d most like support.

In this session, we focus on:

    • Your story and your family context

    • Your child(ren)’s needs and temperament

    • What’s feeling most challenging right now

    • Initial goals and priorities

  • $110 / session beginning at session 2

Individual coaching is available for parents who prefer a more flexible, less structured approach but still want at least a short series of sessions to create meaningful change.

A minimum of three sessions is recommended for individual coaching.

Session 1 – Getting to Know You
This is the initial session for $115

    We focus on:

    • Your story and your family context

    • Your child(ren)’s needs and temperament

    • What’s feeling most challenging right now

    • Initial goals and priorities

    Session 2 – Planning & Strategies ($100)

    • Deepen our understanding of your main concern(s)

    • Explore possible approaches and tools

    • Build a realistic, values-aligned action plan

    Session 3 – Follow-Up & Adjustments ($100)

    • Reflect on what you tried and what shifted

    • Adjust the plan based on what worked or didn’t

    • Decide together whether further sessions would be helpful

  • Parent-Oriented Package: $620 (includes the first session)

Optional add-on sessions: $95 each or $170 for both

This package is for parents who want to better understand themselves in the parenting role — their triggers, values, parenting style, and how they show up in relationship with their child.

We’ll build a strong foundation so you can respond more calmly, clearly, and confidently.

    What we’ll explore together

After Session 1 (intro, values, intentions), we move into:

    • Understanding Attachment
Why your relationship with your child matters so much, and how your responses today shape their future sense of safety and self.

    • Parenting Styles
Exploring authoritative, authoritarian, permissive, and neglectful parenting — and how to move toward a style that is both firm and kind.

    • Seeing the World Through Your Child’s Eyes
Mind-mindedness and perspective-taking: learning to understand what your child might be thinking, feeling, or needing beneath their behaviour.

    • Rage, Anger, and the Nervous System
Exploring your own big feelings, triggers, and body responses — and how to regulate yourself so you can co-regulate your child.

    • Boundaries that Align with Your Values
Setting clear, respectful limits that are consistent with what matters to you as a parent and as a family.

    • Difficult Conversations with Children
How to talk about tough topics in age-appropriate, compassionate ways.

    Optional add-on sessions:

    • Parenting with a Partner or Co-Parent Who Doesn’t Share Your Values
Navigating different approaches and finding common ground.

    • Parenting with Family and Friends Who Don’t Share Your Values
Handling outside opinions, cultural expectations, and boundary-setting.

  • Child-Development Package: $800 (includes the first session)

Optional add-on sessions: $95 each or $170 for both

This package is for parents who want to deeply understand their child’s development — what is typical, what is challenging, and how to support their child’s physical, cognitive, and emotional growth.

We’ll focus on what is realistic and developmentally appropriate so you can adjust expectations and feel less guilt and confusion.

    What we’ll explore together

After Session 1 (intro, values, intentions), we move into:

    • Developmentally Appropriate Practices by Age
What helps children thrive at different ages (0–12 years).

    • Developmentally Appropriate Expectations by Age
What you can and cannot reasonably expect from your child right now.

    • Physical & Cognitive Needs
How children’s bodies and brains grow — and what they need from adults to support that growth.

    • Social-Emotional Needs
Understanding your child’s emotional world, friendships, big feelings, and the skills they’re still developing.

    • Difficult Behaviours, Discipline & Natural Consequences
Looking at behaviour through a developmental lens and using respectful discipline that teaches rather than punishes.

    • Coping with Stress and Big/Small Traumas
Supporting children through changes, stress, and tough experiences in ways that protect their nervous system and sense of safety.

    • Play & Connection
Using play and quality time to build your relationship and support regulation.

    • Screen-Time
Navigating screen use, boundaries, and routines in a realistic, compassionate way.

    Optional add-on sessions:

    • Sleep in Young Children
Understanding sleep needs and patterns, and exploring gentle strategies that align with your values.

    • Potty Training
Support for toilet learning that respects both the child’s readiness and the family’s needs.

  • Blossom Parent Coaching offers group workshops for parents, educators, and childcare teams on a variety of topics related to child development, behaviour, and guidance.

Each workshop is tailored to the needs of the group. Topics, format, and depth can vary depending on your setting, goals, and the age of the children you work with.

Workshops can be offered in community settings [e.g. libraries, family centers], schools, or early childhood environments. We also occasionally offer free or low-cost sessions as part of community outreach.
